She is the second fashion model that I have added to the attractive women section. She is not very feminine, but I don't hear heterosexual men complaining. Women like her would be closer to the norm rather than the rare exception among fashion models if the top ranks of the fashion business were not dominated by...(you know which group).

Previous parts: Part 1, Part 2, Part 3. This entry addresses Alessandra Ambrosio, yet again, but then I am a great fan of Alessandra and hope that she acknowledges my existence. She has twice deleted --at her fan forum -- links to pages within this site that pay a tribute to her beauty. How sad! Here is another tribute. Please Alessandra, don’t delete a link to this entry.

The title of this entry stems from a comment elsewhere, which some found laughable, and it needs to be justified. The justification requires that one show that a large number, though not necessarily all, of Victoria’s Secret models have the looks of male-to-female transsexuals or male transvestites. It would also help if one showed that Victoria’s Secret models that do not have a transsexual or transvestite look to them are still not feminine enough for their job.

Some heterosexual men prefer petite women over voluptuous women; voluptuous as used here is not an euphemism for obesity, but refers to a combination of large breasts, a tiny waist, small rib cage, rounded hips and a prominent backside, i.e., a very feminine appearance. Petite women would, on average, be less feminine than voluptuous women. However, as long as a self-identified lifetime-exclusive heterosexual man prefers the more feminine petite women, one would not reasonably doubt his professed sexual orientation. A comparison of fashion model Alessandra Ambrosio, very sexy by the standards of the fashion world, with Camille from Teen Stars magazine will be instructive here.

Eva Herzigova/Herzegovina is a supermodel that has stood out for unusually large breasts, non-broad shoulders and curves for a fashion model. Given her high status among fashion models, her looks are informative about the extent of femininity that top fashion designers will tolerate.
